The guarantee of the products for the orders placed through Lalya Furniture [lalyafurniture.com] starts after the delivery process is completed.
Lalya Furniture warranty period is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of the delivered product. Lalya Furniture may provide different warranty coverage / warranty period guarantees for different parts of the delivered products, as included in the contract.
The products delivered by Lalya Furniture are valid under the "normal" usage conditions of the products. The use of the delivered products must be done in accordance with the product. Proper installation of the product must be done "correctly" for the warranty to be valid.
Lalya Furniture will repair the product without any additional charge for problems arising from material, workmanship and assembly errors within the specified warranty period.
Lalya Furniture may offer a new product to the BUYER within the scope of the warranty conditions, and may offer an equivalent product. If the product with warranty cannot be repaired and is not included in the product range, products that are considered at least equal by Lalya Furniture are offered.
In cases where the consumer uses her right to repair;
Failure of the product again within the warranty period,
Failure to comply with the maximum time specified for repair,
In case repair is not possible or similar situations are determined with a valid report;
The BUYER may request a refund, a reduction in the price, and, if possible, its replacement with a non-defective product for the product. The seller is responsible for meeting the demands from the consumer in accordance with the report.
In cases where the consumer thinks that the product has not been repaired, changed, or returned within the scope of the warranty and in accordance with the responsibilities in the contract, she may apply to the Provincial Arbitration Committees and the General Directorate of Market Surveillance.(dişil)
